GoldRayne Media is a privately held production company specializing in television, film and video production.

 Based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; we are centrally located within the country and home to some of the most talented and trained personnel in the motion picture industry.  We also strongly support HD and other digital formats in film/television and online applications.   

GoldRayne Media's primary business is to Produce feature films, MOW's, television series, documentaries, and one-off's.  In addition to looking for great stories to acquire and bring to life, we also create and develop many of our own original program ideas.

Commercially we also provide production services for music videos, television commercials, corporate and training videos and special events. Producer, Shelly-Anne Hays who oversees operations at GoldRayne Media got her start in the industry in 1994 while working for a major entertainment distributor and record label, called Simitar Entertainment and quickly worked her way to National Sales Manager.  Then shortly thereafter she worked with a US Executive Producer to Co-Produce a magazine style travel show called "On the Road".  Finally in 1998 she decided she wanted to Produce her own travel series which aired on ABC, NBC, PAX and 36 different cable networks within Manitoba and Ontario reaching over 1.9 million viewers each week.  This was simply the beginning of her creative and professional journey.    

In 2006 Shelly-Anne wrapped production on a music video for recording artist Kimberley Dawn, a short film for YTV called "The Snow Fort" with Director Ian Yorski, and a feature length documentary entitled "My Winnipeg" with Buffalo Gal Pictures which was Executive Produced by Phyllis Laing, and directed by one of Canada's award winning Directors; Guy Maddin.  

Also under her belt is a music video with Hip Hop group Platinum Black, and a video montage sequence for the band Eagle & Hawk for use at the Aboriginal People's Choice Music Awards in November 2006. 

The year 2007 has been busy, Shelly-Anne completed production on a one hour movie for APTN as Line Producer with Buffalo Gal Pictures entitled, "Frontrunners".  The story is based on the life story of the original torchrunners from the Pan American Games in 1967.  Watch for this in Fall of 2007.  In the spring Shelly-Anne co-produced with Executive Producer Brett Allen; a travel series entitled, "Best of Arizona" in the US which aired on NBC and CBS .  In August she completed a music video for the Top 40 band "Live on Arrival" (hit single Ready Set No reached #1 in Canada).  Currently a 13-part half hour sports entertainment series is in development and scheduled for prep January 2008.  Also a feature film script is currently in development with Yukon Co-Producer Allan Code, and Manitoba Producer Leonard Waldner.  Associate Producers also on board include; from Manitoba Deborah Carlson, Lori Stefaniuk, Trish Kress and from the Yukon; Jessica Hall.

GoldRayne Media is also interested in acting as a service Producer or creating co-pro partnerships on your upcoming productions.  We are knowledgeable regarding the various labor tax credits of up to 50% back of your labor expenditures, as well as other incentives available to Canadian and Foreign Producers bringing their productions to Winnipeg, Manitoba.  We can ensure you maximize your production dollars here and put a few dollars back in your pocket at the same time.
