TV COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION PROCESS: Client Meeting – discuss your business, advertising objectives, ideas you have, tone, and style for the TV commercial. Script Draft – client is provided with a script that was created based on the discussions at the client meeting. Revisions are made as necessary. Storyboard – client is provided with a story board, which is a scene by scene visual portrayal of how the commercial will “look”. Script & Storyboard – client approval is needed to proceed. Schedule – the production (shoot) day and discuss preparations required Production - (Shoot) takes place. Editing Process – takes approximately 7-14 days to assemble the footage, create the narrative (voiceover), insert music and add other creative elements. Final Approval – the client approves the completion of the commercial. Delivery – the master is created and delivered to the broadcaster or the client in the format specified for each package. Client receives a VHS or DVD copy of the commercial as well. ADDITIONAL ADD-ON OPTIONS: Conversion for the Web – have us create the files you need to put your commercial online. Your choice of Real Player or Windows Media. $40/file Additional Copies – if you would like additional copies of your commercial we can provide you with VHS or DVD copies. VHS copies are $18/ea. DVD copies are $45/ea. and include titling and some graphics.
